Daily Beast: Finland Tops Press Freedom List, US #47
Finland and Norway topped the list for the second year in a row as other European nations and the U.S. took hits for their brutal treatment of reporters covering global protests. The U.S.’s long fall was primarily related to the 25 journalists being arrested and, in some cases, beaten by police while covering Occupy Wall Street.

BBC: Finland 'finds Patriot missiles' on China-bound ship
The Finnish authorities have impounded an Isle of Man-flagged ship bound for China with undeclared missiles and explosives, officials say.
"Another company official, speaking on condition of anonymity, confirmed the ship had been detained in Finland and said the missiles could have been loaded on to the vessel by mistake, AFP adds."

YLE: Missiles listed as "fireworks" on ship manifest
According to Interior Minister Päivi Räsänen, the cargo manifest of the M/S Thor Liberty on which 69 Patriot ground-to-air missiles were found, listed the weapons as "fireworks". She said that documents associated with the containers holding the missiles carried the name of a South Korean individual.
