"The candidate urged supporters to continue their efforts to amass delegates at state conventions, however, as part of a strategy to gain a voice at the Republican National Convention – and influence over the direction of the party."
"Gaining a voice" in this Republicorp party of infinite growth minions and civil liberties-crushing maniacs means exactly nothing for accomplishing any of his goals. They'll say thank you, give Rand Paul a cabinet post promise if they win, and bury his issues completely.
Sorry everybody, but this doesn't give me any hope for RP making a 3rd party run. At least we all know now that supporting Ron Paul is a waste of everyone's time and we can move on to other things. Unless something major changes regarding Ron Paul, I'm afraid he is becoming no longer news-worthy. - Wes
