-- ISAF is being routed. The U.S. has raised the white flag by asking for UN help. The trick is get all ISAF personnel out of country without creating a power vacuum. I believe the incentive is there to accomplish that, couple with a mandate to end U.S. influence in the region once and for all. -- MCR
