This is a video filmed October, 2012, of professor and blogger, Guy McPherson presenting a devastating report on climate change at Bluegrass Bioneers in Louisville, Kentucky. Much of what McPherson stated has been written about over the years at his blog, Nature Bats Last, but watching the video presentation and absorbing its contents in this way takes this information to an entirely new level. McPherson is a very funny guy, very entertaining, but his topic is not funny at all. This video is not for the feint of heart. Last year the State Department proposed the adoption of new passport application forms that included intrusive and impossible to answer questions such as (for male applicants) whether or not applicant was circumcised. Facing negative reaction, the SD revised its proposed forms, but the impossible-to-answer questions remain. The intent appears to be to make passport applications simply to deny, as failure to answer is grounds for denial.
